Bolest je jedním z nemotorických příznaků Parkinsonovy nemoci, který spolu s příznaky motorickými vytváří kompletní obraz tohoto neurodegenerativního onemocnění. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o bolesti spojené s Parkinsonovou nemocí, včetně informací o subtypech, patofyziologii a možnostech léčby bolesti. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s tímto onemocněním trpícího bolestí, v rámci které je pacient zhodnocen pomocí King´s Parkinson´s Disease Pain Scale a krátké verze McGillova dotazníku bolesti. V bakalářské práci je také hodnocen účinek Jacobsonovy progresivní svalové relaxace, která byla u pacienta zařazena k dosavadní rehabilitační léčbě.Pain is one of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson´s disease, which together with motor symptoms creates a complete picture of this neurodegenerative disease. This bachelor´s thesis summarizes the current knowledge about the pain associated with Parkinson´s disease, including information on subtypes, pathophysiology, and pain treatment options. Part of the thesis is a case report of a patient with this disease, suffering from pain, in which the patient is evaluated using the King´s Parkinson´s Disease Pain Scale and a short version of the McGill Pain Questionnaire. The bachelor´s thesis also evaluates the effect of Jacobson´s progressive muscle relaxation, which has been included in the patient´s current rehabilitation treatment.
