Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá migrací afrických fotbalistů do Evropy. Cílem práce je zjistit příčiny migrace afrických fotbalových hráčů do Evropy a uvedení fotbalu jako celosvětového fenoménu. Práce dále zahrnuje popsání historických aspektů, současnou situaci a obchodování ve fotbale. Bakalářská práce popisuje data a regulaci hráčů a vyzdvihuje fungování fotbalových akademií. V neposlední řadě porovnává migraci afrických fotbalistů s migrací fotbalových hráčů z Latinské Ameriky.This bachelor's thesis deals with the migration of African football players to Europe. The aim of the thesis is to find out the reason of the migration of African football players to Europe and to introduce football as a global phenomenon. The work also includes a description of historical aspects, the current situation and trading in football. The bachelor thesis also describes the data and regulation of players and highlights the functioning of football academies. The last part of the thesis, it compares the migration of African football players from Africa with the migration of football players from Latin America.
