Teoretická část práce popisuje přehled důležitých poznatků z oblasti tělesné výchovy a sportu. V další části práce popisuji cíle a metody použité pro vytvoření koncepce sportu v obci. Dále analyzuji stav sportu v obci, názory jejích obyvatel a představitelů obce. V závěru práce konstatuje výsledky jednotlivých šetření a nabízí návrh na rozvoj tělovýchovy a sportu v obci Pustějov.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a concept for the physical education and sport development in Pustějov municipality. The theoretical part of the thesis describes an overview of important knowledge in the area of physical education and sports. In the following part of the thesis, goals and methods used for the creation of sport concept in the municipality, are described and then the thesis is devoted to the state of sport in the municipality, the opinions of its inhabitants and representatives of the local self-government authority. At the end of the thesis the results of individual surveys are stated and a proposal for the development of physical education and sport in the Pustějov municipality is offered.
