(146 820 znaků) : mapy, grafy. -- Oponent Pavel Šaradín. -- Ved. práce Tomáš Lebeda. -- Abstrakt: Magisterská práce se snaží odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku, zda Maďarsko lze zařadit do kategorie hybridních režimů, či nikoli. První část práce objasňuje různé přístupy a koncepty autorů, kteří se problematikou hybridních režimů zabývali. Z této části vyplývají tři hypotézy, které se týkají volebního systému, omezování nezávislosti soudnictví a omezování nezávislosti médií. Druhá část práce ověřuje a testuje stanovené hypotézy. Kapitola týkající se volebního systému zjišťuje, zda je volební systém nastaven takovým způsobem, který zvýhodňuje nynější vládní stranu Fidesz a má jí zajistit zisk co nejvíce mandátů. Kapitoly věnující se soudnictví a médiím analyzují, jakým způsobem dochází k omezování jejich nezávislosti. Práce dochází k závěru, že Maďarsko patří do skupiny hybridních režimů, neboť se podařilo potvrdit všechny stanovené hypotézy.. -- Abstrakt: This master's thesis tries to answer the research question whether Hungary can be included in the category of hybrid regimes or not. The first part of the thesis clarifies the various approaches and concepts of the authors who dealt with the issue of hybrid regimes. This section defines three hypotheses concerning the electoral system, restrictions on the independence of the judiciary and restrictions on the independence of the media. The second part of the thesis verifies and tests the established hypotheses. The chapter on the electoral system examines whether the electoral system is set up in a way that favors the Fidesz party and is intended to secure as many seats as possible. The chapters on the judiciary and the media analyze how their independence is being curtailed. The thesis concludes that Hungary belongs to the group of hybrid regimes, because all established hypotheses were confirmed.
