Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem porodní parézy brachiálního plexu. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována dělením paréz brachiálního plexu, rizikovým faktorům vzniku, mechanismem vzniku při porodu, diagnostikou a jejími specifiky u novorozenců. Hlavním tématem práce jsou možnosti konzervativní terapie u pacientů od narození po dospělost. Tato práce se zaměřuje především na fyzioterapeutické metody, ale také se zmiňuje o metodách využívaných v ergoterapii. Součástí této práce je také kazuistika pacienta.This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of perinatal brachial plexus palsy. The theoretical part focuses on the classification of brachial plexus palsy, risk factors for its development, the mechanism of its development during childbirth, its diagnosis and specifics in newborns. The main topic of the paper examines the possibilities of conservative treatment for patients from birth to adulthood. The paper mainly focuses on physiotherapeutic methods, but also mentions methods used in ergotherapy. The thesis also includes the case report of a patient with brachial plexus palsy.
