Diplomová práce Udržitelnost a slow fashion v českém módním časopise Elle analyzuje diskurz udržitelnosti a udržitelné módy v tradičním módním médiu, kterým je časopis Elle. Práce zkoumá oblast udržitelné módy a slow fashion v redakčním materiálu napříč roky 2005-2020 a odhaluje diskurzivní strategie časopisu Elle pro konstrukci tohoto tématu. Předmětem výzkumu je český módní časopis Elle, který vychází v České republice od roku 1994 a představuje tak tradiční médium v oblasti módních a lifestylových časopisů. Hlavní zkoumanou problematikou je zařazování tématu udržitelnosti a udržitelné módy do mediálních obsahů v souvislosti s nepříznivými globálními podmínkami. Zkoumání a analyzování této problematiky bude probíhat metodou kritické multimodální analýzy autorů Thea Van Leeuwena a Gunthera Kresse.This Master's thesis titled Sustainability and Slow Fashion in the Czech Fashion Magazine Elle analyzes the discourse of sustainability and sustainable fashion in the traditional fashion magazine Elle. This thesis examines the area of sustainable fashion and slow fashion in editorial material across the years 2005-2020 and reveals the discourse strategies of Elle magazine for the construction of this topic. The research subject is the Czech fashion magazine Elle, which has been published in the Czech Republic since 1994 and represents traditional fashion and lifestyle magazines. In connection with unfavourable global conditions, the inclusion of sustainability and sustainable fashion in media content is the central issue examined. The research and analysis of this issue will be realized using the method of critical multimodal analysis by Theo Van Leeuwen and Gunther Kress.
