Cílem práce je charakterizovat skupinu klientů, která byla zařazena do evidence ohrožených dětí kurátorů pro mládež Magistrátu města Olomouce v roce 2019, a vymezit důvody, které nejčastěji vedly k této evidenci. Práce rovněž odpovídá na otázku, kolik klientů z této skupiny zůstává v péči kurátora déle než rok a proč. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, ohrožené dítě. Dále seznamuje s rolí Magistrátu města Olomouce ve výkonu SPOD a s pozicí kurátora pro mládež, jeho činností i způsobem evidence klientů. Zmiňuje též faktory, které ovlivňují sociálně rizikové jednání u nezletilých. V empirické části je použita forma kvantitativního výzkumu, metoda sekundární analýzy. Data jsou čerpána ze spisové dokumentace Magistrátu města Olomouce. Výsledkem práce je podrobný popis zkoumané skupiny klientů. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku dítěte, charakteristiku rodiny a charakteristiku širšího sociálního prostředí rodiny. Dále jsou uvedeny nejčastější důvody, které vedly k zařazení klientů do evidence ohrožených dětí kurátorů pro mládež a příčiny toho, proč někteří z nich zůstávají v péči kurátora déle než jeden rok.The aim of the thesis is to characterize a group of clients that were included in the register of endangered children of the City of Olomouc in 2019, and to define the reasons that most often led to this register. The thesis also answers the question of how many clients from this group remain in the care of the social worker for more than a year and why. The theoretical part clarifies the concepts of social and legal protection of children, institutions of social and legal protection of children, vulnerable children. It also introduces the role of the City of Olomouc in the execution of SPOD and the position of the youth social worker, its tasks and the way of registering clients. It also mentions factors that influence socially risky behavior of minors. The empirical part uses a form of quantitative research, the method of secondary analysis. The data are drawn from the file documentation of the City of Olomouc. The result of the work is a detailed description of the examined group of clients. It focuses on the characteristics of the child, the characteristics of the family and the characteristics of the wider social environment of the family. Then most common reasons that led to the inclusion of clients in the register of vulnerable children of youth social workers, as well as the reasons why some of them remain in the care of the youth social worker for more than one year are presented.
