Diplomová práce se zabývá formou a podobou kariérového poradenství u žáků a studentů s poruchami autistického spektra, dále také jejich profesní orientací. V teoretické části definujeme základní pojmy, kterými jsou poruchy autistického spektra, kariérové poradenství a profesní orientace. Věnujeme se uplatnění osob s poruchami autistického spektra na trhu práce a organizacím, které podporují zaměstnávání osob s poruchami autistického spektra. Ve výzkumné části popisujeme použitý model sběru dat. Součástí práce je i představení výzkumného souboru a interpretace nasbíraných dat ve vztahu ke stanoveným hypotézám.The diploma thesis deals with the form and shape of career counseling for pupils and students with autism spectrum disorders, as well as their professional orientation. In the theoretical part, we define the basic concepts of autism spectrum disorders, career counseling and career guidance. We focus on the employment of people with autism spectrum disorders in the labor market and organizations that support the employment of people with autism spectrum disorders. In the research part we describe the model of data collection. Part of the thesis is also the presentation of the research file and the interpretation of the collected data in relation to the established hypotheses.
