Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu psychosociální rehabilitace u osob s duševním onemocněním. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat bariéry, s kterými se setkávají odborní pracovníci v rámci psychosociální rehabilitace u lidí s duševním onemocněním. Jednotlivé bariéry budou poukazovat na problematická úskalí, s nimiž se pracovníci při práci s cílovou skupinou nejčastěji setkávají. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části definuji komunitní pojetí péče o duševní zdraví, představuji proces psychosociální rehabilitace, multidisciplinární tým a jeho přístup. V závěrečné kapitole přibližuji problematiku vybraných duševních poruch. V empirické části popisuji metodologická východiska výzkumu, analýzu a interpretaci zjištěných dat. K naplnění práce byly použity polostrukturované rozhovory s participanty.The topic of the current Bc. thesis is psychosocial rehabilitation for people with mental illness. The objective is to find out and describe the barriers mental health professionals encounter when providing psychosocial rehabilitation to people with a mental health condition. The individual barriers refer to the difficulties professionals face the most often when dealing with the target group. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical ones. In the theoretical part, a community approach to the treatment of mental health is defined, the process of psychosocial rehabilitation, the multidisciplinary team and its approach are presented. The final chapter gives characteristics of selected mental disorders. The empirical part contains description of the methodology of the research, analysis and interpretation of data collected. To fulfil the objective of the current thesis, semi-structured interviews with the participants were used.
