Bakalářská práce pojednává o vinařství a vinohradnictví Slovácké podoblasti. Zabývá se její fyzickogeografickou charakteristickou, historií zdejšího vinařství a vinohradnictví i vývojem vinařské legislativy. Popisuje faktory ovlivňující pěstování révy vinné a zkoumá také vliv teplot a srážek na úrodu konkrétních vinných odrůd vybraných vinařství.The bachelor thesis is focused on viticulture and wine-growing in Slovácko sub-region. It deals with its physical-geographical characteristic, with the history of local viticulture and wine-growing, as well as development of wine legislation. It describes the factors influencing the cultivation of vines and examines the effect of temperatures and precipitation on the yield of specific wine varieties of selected wineries.
