Práce se zabývá možnostmi využití supervize v práci zdravotních sester a sleduje, zda podstata a teoretické vymezení supervize reflektují skutečné potřeby zdravotních sester v praxi. Supervize je zde pojímána v souvislosti s andragogickými východisky profesního vzdělávání a nabízí možnosti jejího využití v profesi zdravotní sestry. Sleduje náročnost a specifika této profese a dává ji do souvislosti s nabídkou vzdělávací, řídící a podpůrné supervize. Úkolem výzkumné části je ověřit, jak zdravotní sestry vnímají tuto možnost vzdělávání, podpory a řízení ve své práci, a zda současná podoba supervize reflektuje jejich skutečné potřeby v praxi. Výzkum pomocí moderovaného rozhovoru a ohniskové skupiny sleduje, jaký význam přikládají zdravotní sestry supervizi. Výstupy této práci mají přispět ke zkvalitnění supervize v oblasti zdravotnictví, a tím i ke zkvalitnění a k podpoře práce zdravotních sester.This thesis deals with the ways of implementation and use of the supervision in the nursing and monitors whether the essence and theoretical definition of supervision reflects the actual needs of nurses in practice. Supervision is understood in the context of andragogy and professional education and it offer possibilities of use in the nurses profession. The thesis focus on dificulties and specifics of this profession and links it with the contex of educational, managing and supportive supervision. The aim of the empirical research of the thesis is verify, if nurses understood supervision as the possibility of education, support and management in their practise, and whether the current form of supervision reflect their actual needs. Research through the moderated interview and the focus groups monitors, what importance nurses attach to supervision. The outputs of this thesis should contribute to improving quality of supervision in health care, and thus improving and supporting nurses' work.
