Cílem magisterské diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat, porozumět, zmapovat a popsat proces truchlení z pohledu nedávno vzniklé profese poradců pro pozůstalé. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, představuje teoretické koncepce a modely truchlení, popisuje podpůrné i ztěžující faktory a projevy truchlení. Součástí je zmapování dosavadních výzkumů na dané téma. Empirická část byla realizována kvalitativním typem designu. Data byla získána záměrným, účelovým výběrem a prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi poradci pro pozůstalé. Analýza dat probíhala pomocí postupů metody zakotvené teorie a jejím výsledkem je originální model zachycující širší souvislosti procesu truchlení v kontextu poradenství pro pozůstalé. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na důležité charakteristiky procesu truchlení a faktory, které mají podpůrnou nebo ztěžující úlohu v tomto procesu. Získané poznatky potvrzují teoretické koncepce a modely truchlení.The aim of the master´s thesis was to explore, understand and describe the process of bereavement in the context of the recently established profession of a counsellor for survivors. The theoretical part includes basic definitions, theoretical concepts and models of bereavement and describes both the supporting and aggravating factors and manifestations of bereavement. It also provides an overview of existing research on the topic. The empirical part is based on qualitative design. Focused sampling and semistructured interviews with eight counsellors for survivors were used for data collection. The data analysis was conducted by means of the grounded theory method. The result of the analysis is an original model capturing the circumstances of the process of bereavement in the context of counselling for survivors. The research identified some important characteristics of the process of bereavement as well as some supporting and complicating factors influencing the process. The obtained findings confirm the theoretical concepts and models of bereavement.
