Předkládaná diplomová (bakalářská) práce vytváří ucelený přehled na identifikaci sportovního talentu v atletice na území České republiky. Literární zdroje zpracovává pomocí literární rešerše a obsahovou analýzou všecha výběrová řízení a talentové zkoušky sportovních center, sportovních tříd, sportovních gymnázií a sportovních center mládeže. Na základě zjištěných dat popisuje teoretické postupy při identifikaci sportovního talentu, analyzuje současnou situaci v jednotlivých centrech a třídách a poskytuje celkový náhled na tuto problematiku. Dále práce interpretuje konkrétní zjištění, nedostatky a podává doporučení pro výběrová řízení a talentové zkoušky organizací starajících se o identifikaci sportovního talentu v českém prostředí.The presented bachelor thesis creates a comprehensive overview of the identification of sporting talents in athletics in the Cech Republic. The literary sources are subjected to content analysis, as well as selection tests and talent exams of sports centers, sports classes, sports gymnasiums and youth sports centers. Based on the findings, he describes the theoretical approaches to talent identification, analyzes the current situation in each center and class, and provides an overview of the issue. In addition, the work interprets specific findings, shortcomings and provides recommendations for selection procedures and talent exams of organizations that are concerned with the identification of sporting talent in the Czech Republic.
