V další kapitole se autor věnuje dohledu de lege lata, kdy autor analyzuje nezávislost státního zástupce a různé formy dohledu včetně jejich vzájemného vztahu. V následující kapitole se autor zaměřuje na historii státního zastupitelství a dohledu. Následuje kapitola, kde autor zkoumá podnět k výkonu dohledu. V šesté kapitole autor vymezuje dohled a jeho praktické dopady, kde srovnává dohled s jinými prostředky nápravy. Autor se zabývá i rozhodnutím Ústavního soudu v této věci. V poslední kapitole se autor zaobírá dohledem de lege ferenda, kde analyzuje možná řešení do budoucna.. -- Abstrakt: In the introductory chapter, the author discusses the position of the public prosecutor's office between the public authorities. In the next chapter, the author deals with the supervision of de lege lata, when the author analyzes the independence of the prosecutor and various forms of supervision including their relationship. In the following chapter, the author deals with the history of the public prosecution and supervision. The following chapter deals with the author's research of the initiative to conduct supervision. In the sixth chapter, the author defines the supervision and his practical implications, where he compares supervision with other means of redress. The author deals with the decision of the Constitutional Court in this matter. In the last chapter, the author deals with supervision de lege ferenda, where he analyzes possible solutions for the future.
