Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením lokalit, které jsou pro cyklisty z pohledu jejich bezpečnosti nebezpečné. Analýza je zasazena do města Olomouce, pro které byla vytvořena charakteristika nehod cyklistů v letech 2007-2017. Identifikace rizikových lokalit proběhla pomocí tří metod, jejichž výsledky byly mezi sebou porovnány. První metodou bylo spočítání objektivního rizika na základě počtu srážek cyklistů s motorovými vozidly a míry expozice cyklistů (intenzitě cyklodopravy). Druhá metoda zahrnuje prvky participativního mapování, kde respondenti pomocí dotazníkového šetření uváděli, které lokality jsou z jejich pohledu nebezpečné. Dále byly vymezeny lokality, kde cyklisté jezdí po chodníku, aby se vyhnuli kontaktu s motorovou dopravou. Práce taktéž podává slušný přehled o cyklodopravě v Olomouci.This diploma thesis deals with the identification of the risk places for cyclists. The analysis is in the city of Olomouc for which there is a characteristic of cyclist´s accidents in years 2007-2017. Identification of the risk places was carried out by using three methods, which are later compared among themselves. Firstly, there is a calculation of the objective risk based on the number on bicycle-vehicle accidents and on the level of the cyclist´s exposure (bicycle transport intensity). Second of the methods includes the elements of participatory mapping, where respondents were surveyed to point out the risk places from their point of view. Finally, places where cyclists ride on the sidewalk rather than on road to avoid the traffic are identified. Submitted work also provides a good overview of the bicycle transport in Olomouc.
