Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především oběťmi stalkingu. Nejprve se zabývá problematikou stalkingu, jeho definicí, historií a druhy. Dále popisuje zahraniční a českou legislativu stalkingu. Následně se zabývá pachatelem tohoto trestného činu, tedy stalkerem. Dále popisuje charakteristiku obětí stalkingu, dopady stalkingu na oběť a různé copingové a obranné strategie. V neposlední řadě popisuje dosavadní výzkumy a poznatky o obětech stalkingu. Empirická část je koncipována formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření na české populaci obětí stalkingu, které prožily epizodu stalkingu, nebo ji aktuálně prožívají. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění souvislosti mezi aktuální úrovní deprese a stalkingem, také na souvislost mezi výskytem obtěžujícího chování a vnímáním znepokojení z něj a také na zjištění rozdílu mezi muži a ženami u dotazníku BDI-II.This diploma thesis mainly deals with victims of stalking. The first deals with stalking, its definitions, history and types. It also describes foreign and Czech stalking legislation. It also deals with perpetrator of this crime, a stalker. It also describes the characteristics of stalking victims, the consequences of stalking on the victim and various coping and defense strategies. Finally, it describes current research and knowledge about victims of stalking. The empirical part is conceived in the form of quantitative questionnaire survey on the Czech population of stalking victims who have experienced with stalking episode or they are experiencing it currently. The work is focused on the connection between the current level of depression and stalking, the connection between the occurrence of annoying behavior and perceptions of concern, as well as on the difference between men and woman on the BDI-II questionnaire.
