Přehledová bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kouření v průběhu těhotenství a šestinedělí. Cílem práce je sumarizovat aktuální publikované poznatky o vlivu kouření na lidský organismus. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou popsány rizika a důsledky kouření na reprodukci, těhotenství a plod. Poslední částí práce je péče o těhotné i netěhotné kuřáky, s možností nefarmakologické, farmakologické, případně alternativní léčby.The summarizing bachelor thesis is focused on problematice of smoking during pregnancy and puerperium. The aim of the thesis summarize the latest published findings about the influence of smoking on the human organism. In the individual chapters there are described the risks and consequences of smoking to the reproduction, pregnancy and foetus. The last part of thesis contains the topic of care about pregnant nad non-prengnant smokers with the option of non-farmacological, farmacological and eventually alternative treatment.
