Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma vývoje osobní identity u žen migrujících do České republiky. Teoretická část práce se zabývá identitou jako pojmem, jejími změnami a identitou transnacionální. Dále seznámením s přehledem migračních teorií a představením zemí původu respondentek. Hlavní výzkumná otázka byla definována takto: Co nejvíce proměňuje osobní identitu žen migrujících do České republiky? Cílem práce bylo tedy charakterizovat činitele, které mohou ovlivňovat změnu identity u specifické skupiny jedinců, a to u migrujících žen. Empirické šetření bylo prováděno pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně pomocí narativních, předem strukturovaných rozhovorů. Ty byly realizovány se sedmi ženami, přicházejícími do České republiky z odlišných států. Šetření ukázalo, že vztah s rodinnými příslušníky, jež proces migrace neabsolvovali s migrantkou a vliv sociální skupiny jsou nejvýznamnějšími vlivy.This thesis focuses on the Changes of personal identity connected with female migration to the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with identity as a concept, its progress and transnational identity. Further introduction with an overview of migration theories and the introduction of country of origin of the respondents. The main research question was defined as follows: What factors most transforming personal identity of migrant women in the Czech Republic? The aim was therefore to determine if the identity of migrants is affected of the migration process. Empirical research was conducted using qualitative research, specifically through the narrative, pre-structured interviews. They were made with seven women coming to the Czech Republic from different states. The research has shown that the relationship with family members who have not completed the process of migration with migrant and affect social groups are the most important factors.
