Bakalářská práce se zabývá ageismem, tedy diskriminací osob na základě věku (stáří). Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část vysvětluje teoretickou úroveň problematiky. Nejprve je objasněno stárnutí a stáří, se kterým korespondují následující kapitoly. Dále je uvedena problematika ageismu, jíž je věnována největší pozornost. Empirickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum. Za pomoci techniky dotazníkového šetření výzkum zjišťuje pohled a zkušenosti seniorů s ageismem.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ageism - discrimination of people due to their age. The thesis consists of two parts. The first one explains a theoretical level of the issue. At first ageing and age are clarified which correspond with the following chapters. Then the biggest attention is given to the problematics of ageism. The practical part of the thesis deals with a quantitative research. It searches for a seniors' view and experience with the ageism with help of a survey.
