Bakalářská práce je teoreticky zaměřena na proces studentifikace a rezidenční preference studentů vysokých škol. Konkrétně se práce zabývá Olomoucí, jakožto univerzitním městem. Stěžejním cílem je popsat a analyzovat preference studentů na základě dat, získaný metodou dotazníkového šetření. Úkolem je zjistit, zda se mezi vybranými skupinami studentů preference liší a jaká byla jejich příčina. Následně jsou nastíněny faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování o volbě studentského bydlení. Součástí práce jsou odpovídající mapová znázornění.The Bachelor thesis is theoretically focused on the process of studentification and on the rezidential preferences of university students. More specifically, the thesis deals with Olomouc as the university city. The main objective is to describe and analyze preferences of students which are supplemented with primary data obtained during field survey. The challenge is to identify if there are changes between rezidential preferences of selected groups of students and what the causes are. In next step there is briefly showed factors, which influence decision about student housing. Part of the work are corresponding map representations.
