PŘEHLED ZÁSTUPCŮ PADLÍ (ERYSIPHALES) NA ÚZEMÍ ČESKÉ REPUBLIKY [rukopis] / Veronika Petřeková. -- 2016. -- 140 : il., grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Barbora Mieslerová. -- Oponent Božena Sedláková. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce je pokračováním mé bakalářské práce a je rovněž zaměřena na sběr a determinaci dalších zástupců padlí řádu Erysiphales na území České republiky. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši zahrnující morfologickou charakteristiku padlí řádu Erysiphales doplněnou o kapitolu s revizí nejaktuálnějších názvů druhů padlí s potvrzeným výskytem v Česku a Slovensku a druhů padlí s velice pravděpodobným výskytem na těchto územích vzhledem k jejich výskytu v okolních státech. Praktická část zahrnuje charakteristiky padlí vyskytujících se v České republice,které nebyly popsány v mé bakalářské práci a kapitolu s doplněným fotografickým materiálem k některým druhům padlí, které již popsány v mé bakalářské práci byly. Vzhledem k tomu, že pohlavní a nepohlavní stádium mají časově oddělené průběhy, tak nebylo možné některé mikrofotografie pořídit, tudíž jsou nahrazeny perokresbami.. -- Abstrakt: This Master Thesis is a follow-up to my Bachelor Thesis and is dealing with further collection and determination of other representatives of powdery mildews, (Erysiphales), in the area of the Czech Republic. Theoretical part contains literature review of morphological characteristics of powdery mildews (Erysiphales), and a chapter on the current revision of names of powdery mildews species with confirmed presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and species of powdery mildew with potential occurrence in these territories due to their presence in neighbouring countries. Practical part contains characteristics of powdery mildew species, which were not described in the Bachelor Thesis, and a chapter with pictures of some of the powdery mildew species, that were described in the Bachelor Thesis, but thanks to the fact their sexual and asexual stages differ in time it was not possible to take respective micropictures previously and then they are complemented by ilustrations.
