Poslední kapitola práce je zaměřená na dotazníkové šetření ve firmě TRYSTOM spol. s r. o.. -- Abstrakt: The theme of the thesis is internal communication within a company. The aim is to describe internal communication in a production company, its forms and barriers, to analyze and describe the internal communication within a company. The bachelor's thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of internal communication, describes internal communication of a company, explains the forms of internal communication. It describes the communication channels and networks of interpersonal relationships, feedback and barriers. It specifies the functional and dysfunctional internal communication. The last chapter is focused on the survey performed in company TRYSTOM, s r. o.
