Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu českých kuchařek od 19. do konce 20. století a sledovat na nich tyto jevy: grafickou strukturu knihy v kontextu dobové knižní produkce, specifika typografie a sazby, vztah textu a ilustrace, vliv technologií na grafickou podobu knihy, paratextovou výbavu knih a funkční diferenciaci uvnitř daného knižního žánru. Autorka práce postihuje jednotlivá vývojová období a určuje pro ně charakteristické rysy patrné v žánru kuchařky. Snaží se pojmenovat dobové trendy a vývojové mezníky. Zabývá se postupně kuchařskými knihami vydávanými před nástupem národního obrození, v průběhu 19. století, v první polovině 20. století, od konce druhé světové války do pádu totality a konečně v 90. letech.The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse Czech cookbooks from the 19th to the end of the 20th century and to observe these features: the graphic structure of the book in the context of the book production of that time, typography and typesetting specifics, the relationship of the text and illustration, the influence of technology on the graphical structure of the book, the paratextual elements of the book and the functional differentiation within the specific literary genre. The author of this work characterized individual developmental periods and determined their characteristic features that are perceptible in cookbook genre. She sought to define the contemporary trends and the stages of the development. She successively examined the cookbooks published before the commencement of the National Revival, the cookbooks published during the 19th century, the cookbooks published in the first half of the 20th century, those published from the end of the Second World War to the end of totalitarianism, and finally the cookbooks published in the nineties.
