A to jak registrů spravovaných Českou lékařskou komorou a Ministerstvem zdravotnictví, tak internetových portálů s možnostmi ohodnocení výkonu lékaře. V práci je v úvodu přiblížena otázka medicínského práva, jehož základem je vztah lékaře a pacienta, který je zhodnocen v souvislosti s provozováním registrů. Práce dále pokračuje řešením otázky terminologie a fungování samotných registrů a jejich možná kolize s právem na ochranu soukromí a práva na ochranu osobních údajů. Závěr práce je věnován komparaci s Německem a výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak registry a portály vnímají samotní lékaři a pacienti.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Register of Doctors in Czech law. On the one hand it will particularly deal with the register provided by Czech Medical Chamber and by Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, on the other hand with an internet portal with the possibilities of evaluating the doctor's work. The first part is devoted to the question of medical law which is based on the relationship between doctor and patient. This relationship is evaluated in connection with the provision of registers. The thesis continues with solving the question of terminology and function of registers and of their possible collision with the right to privacy and the right to protection of personal data. The final part of the thesis is devoted to a comparison with Germany and to the examination of which the aim was to find out how the registers and portals are apprehended by doctors and patients.
