Diplomová práce pojednává o schopnosti orální stereognozie jako terapeutické i diagnostické metodě. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a komparace této schopnosti u dětí s PAS, s kombinovaným postižením a dětí intaktních. Teoretická část se zabývá procesem orální stereognozie, možnostmi využití, historií zkoumání, dále pak anatomií i nervovým řízením orofaciální oblasti a v neposlední řadě stručným vymezením problematiky autismu a kombinovaných vad. Součástí praktické části je testování orální stereognozie u dětí s danými diagnózami ve věkovém rozmezí 10-15 let a to prostřednictvím testu zakoupeného od společnosti Carpe Diem s.r.o.The master's thesis deals with the oral stereognosis ability as both therapeutic and diagnostic method.The main aim of the thesis is an analysis and comparsion this ability of children with the autism spektrum disorders, with multiple disability and children without disabilities. The theoretic part deals with the process of oral stereognosis, posibilities of its use, history of the research, then with the anatomy and nerve control of orofacial area and last but not least, with a short definition of the autism spektrum disorders and multiple disability. A part of the theoretic part is testing of the oral stereognosis of children with fixed diagnosis between the ages of 10-15 by using a test bought from a company Carpe Diem s.r.o.
