Diplomové práce se zabývá obsahem svobody poskytování služeb na vnitřním trhu a jeho zakotvením v primárním a sekundárním právu, kde je největší část věnována směrnici o službách na vnitřním trhu. Nezanedbatelnou úlohu zde sehrála judikatura Soudního dvora, které je také věnována podstatná část této práce. Úvod se věnuje historickému vývoji právní regulace volného pohybu služeb od 50. let minulého století až po období přijímání směrnice o službách. V navazující kapitole je vymezen pojem služba, její unijní dimenze a její rozlišení na jednotlivé kategorie. V třetí kapitole je rozebrán a specifikován současný právní režim svobody poskytování služeb, který je ovládán zásadou zákazu diskriminace podle státní příslušnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována samotné Směrnici o službách na vnitřním trhu, jejím ustanovením a působností. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení směrnice o službách a úroveň liberalizace volného pohybu služeb ve srovnání s ostatními svobodami.This final thesis focuses on the level of freedom of delivering services in the internal market and its legal basis in the primary and secondary law, the largest part is dedicated to the Directive on services in the internal market. Since the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice played a significant role in the whole process it is also extensively covered by the thesis. The first part describes the historical development of legal regulations of free movement of services from the 1950s to the period when the Directive on services was adopted. The following chapter defines the term services including its EU dimensions and further categorization. The third chapter analyses and specifies the current legal framework of freedom of delivering services which is dominated by the outlawry of discrimination on the basis of nationality. The fourth chapter provides details of the Directive on services in the internal market, its provisions and its scope of application. The last chapter focuses on assessment of the Directive on services and the degree of liberalization of the free movement of services in comparison with other freedoms.
