Tj. popsat klinický obraz, epidemiologii, příčiny vzniku gingiválních recesů a možné způsoby léčby. Cílem experimentální části práce je zhodnotit vývoj gingiválních recesů u ortodonticky léčených pacientů a určit, zda existuje přímý vztah mezi vznikem gingiválních recesů.. -- Abstrakt: The first, theoretical part is a review of literature on the issue of gingival recession. I.e. describe the clinical features, epidemiology, causes of gingival recession and its possible treatment. The second part consists of experimental investigation. The study deals with the incidence of gingival recessions in lower incisors in orthodontically treated patients. It tries to answer the question whether there is a predisposing factor in the morphology of the mandible, which has a direct relationship to the development of gingival recession after orthodontic treatment.
