Tato bakalářská práce, která je rozdělena do osmi kapitol, se zabývá deriváty benzo[c]fenanthridinu a dále se věnuje tématice cyklodextrinů. V první polovině teoretické části jsou uvedení někteří zástupci benzo[c]fenanthridinových alkaloidů a je zde blíže popsaná jejich struktura, vlastnosti, biologická aktivita a syntézy vybraných zástupců. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována cyklodextrinům, kde je pojednáváno hlavně o jejich struktuře, využití těchto sloučenin a jejich derivátech. Hlavní náplní vlastní práce je syntéza isodecarinu, problematika této laboratorní přípravy a dále je zde v souvislosti s jeho rozpustností diskutována jeho možná biologická dostupnost. Ve snaze zvýšit rozpustnost isodecarinu ve vodě a také možnou biodostupnost bylo úkolem připravit sůl syntetizované látky a dále komplexy cyklodextrinů s připravenou sloučeninou.This Bachelors thesis, which is divided into eight chapters is focused on benzo[c]phenanthridines and cyclodextrines. In the first half of the theoretical part the representatives are given. There are described their properties, structures, some synthetic ways which leads to formation of benzo[c]phenanthridines and their biological activity. The second half of the theoretical part is devoted to cyclodextrines, where is mainly disccused their structures, uses and derivatives. The main aim of the work is a synthesis of isodecarine and the increase of its solubility and possible biological availability. In order to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of isodecarine was preapared its salt and the cyclodextrines complexes including synthesized compoud.
