Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem Němců k Polákům od roku 1960 do současnosti. První kapitola je úvodem do problematiky migrace, vysvětluje základní pojmy související s tématikou, objasňuje všeobecné teorie migrace včetně důvodů pro migraci. Druhá kapitola se soustřeďuje na Poláky žijící v Německu od roku 1960 do roku 1989 a pak po roce 1989. Třetí teoretická kapitola se zabývá Poláky v EU. Praktická část zkoumá dané téma prostřednictvím dotazníku, který obsahuje otázky k tématu práce. Cílovou skupinou pro vyplnění dotazníku byli zaměstnanci různých firem v Německu. Kapitola shrnuje závěry vyplývající z dotazníku a potvrzuje či vyvrací hypotézy, které si kladla za úkol vyhodnotit.This Bachelor's thesis deals with the relationship of Germans to the Poles covering the period from year 1960 to the present. The first chapter introduces the problematic of migration explaining the basic terms connected with the topic while exploring the general theories concerning the reasons for migration. The next chapter is concerned with the situation of Poles living in Germany from year 1960 to 1989 and its later development. The last theoretical part of the thesis discusses the situation of Poles in European Union. Practical part of the thesis explores the topics on the basis of a questionnaire targeting the employees of different German companies. The final chapter summarises the finding within a conclusion.
