Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat vliv zahraničních misí na život vojáků, se zaměřením na sedm hlavních kategorií, do kterých jsem zařadila motivaci vedoucí k výjezdu, přípravu na odjezd, jaké jsou vztahy mezi vojáky na misi, návrat do rodinného kruhu, adaptace na běžný život, hodnoty před misí a po misi a poslední kategorie se týká odborné pomoci a názoru vojáků na vojenské psychology. Teoretická část práce pak popisuje historii Armády České republiky a zahraničních misí. Zaměřuje se na sebevraždy a úmrtí vojáků, psychosociální pomoc a v konečném důsledku na zátěžové situace jako je stres, frustrace, odolnost, krize, krizová intervence a výzkumy. Praktická část se věnuje působení zahraničních misí na životy respondentů. Výzkumný soubor sestává z osmi mužů ve věku od 23 - 50 let, kteří byli aspoň jednou v ISAF. Ke sběru dat byla použita kvalitativní metoda polostrukturovaného interview. Ve výzkumu zkoumám to, co bylo hlavní motivací vyjet do zahraniční mise, co všechno bylo potřeba zvládnout před samotným odjezdem, jaké vztahy panovaly mezi vojáky na misi, jak se změnily vztahy po návratu apod. Dále, do jaké míry mise ovlivnila životní hodnoty respondenta a v závěru se věnuji názorům respondentů na vojenské psychology.The aim of my Diploma Work is describing the influence of foreign mission to soldier´s life. It is concentrated into seven main categories. I put there the motivation for leaving to the foreign country and preparing for the departure. I wanted to know what are the mutual relations among the soldiers in the mission and what was their coming back to their families. I also was interested in their adaptation to the common life, how they rated their life before the mission and after it. The last category concerns the special help and soldier´s opinion about army psychologist. The teoretical part of thie work describes the Czech Republic army and its foreign missions. I am concentrated here to suicides and deaths of soldiers, psychological help and in the final consequence on load situations as are stress, frustration, resistance, crisis, crisis interventions and research. The practical part applies to acting the respondent´s life. The research collective consists of eight men at the age 23 50 years they were in ISAT once at least. For this collection of dates I used the method of the halfstructural interview. I investigated here what was the main motivation for going to the foreign mission, what was necessary to know before the departure, what relations were among the soldiers in mission and even how were changed the relations after returning home etc.Further how the mission influenced the life values of respondents. In conclusion I took heed of respondent´s opoinions on army psychologist.
