V teoretické části popisuje anatomii a kineziologii krční páteře a důležité informace o dané problematice. Z terapie se věnuje hlavně operačním možnostem. Ve speciální části je zaměřena na předoperační a zejména pooperační rehabilitaci a porovnává postupy jednotlivých pracovišť u nás. Poslední částí je kazuistika pacientky po operaci dvou meziobratlových plotének krční páteře.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis summarizes the findings in terms of the structural instability of the cervical spine. The theoretical section describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the cervical spine, and presents important information related to the topic. As regards therapy, it focuses mainly on the surgical options. The special section focuses on the preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation, and compares the practices of the individual centres in the country. The last section features a case report of a female patient after the surgery of two intervertebral discs of the cervical spine.
