(132 750 znaků) : il., tab. + 1 CD ROM. -- Oponent Vladimír Řehan. -- Ved. práce Eleonora Smékalová. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života sourozenců dětí s poruchou autistického spektra a je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o poruchách autistického spektra, jejich etiologii, diagnostice, triádě problémových oblastí i stavu současné péče o jedince s autismem. Dále teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu kvalita života a zabývá se rodinou dítěte s postižením se zaměřením na sourozenecké vztahy a specifické oblasti vyplývající z diagnózy poruchy autistického spektra. V rámci empirické části byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum formou případové studie, jehož cílem bylo zjistit a popsat kvalitu života sourozenců dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. S pěti respondenty byl veden polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Následně byly rozhovory doslovně přepsány, analyzovány a interpretovány. Empirická část odpovídá na stanovené výzkumné otázky týkající se ovlivnění kvality života zdravých sourozenců v pozitivním i negativním směru, změn ve fungování celé rodiny, proměn ve vztahu zdravého dítěte k jeho sourozenci s poruchou autistického spektra v průběhu času a představě o jeho budoucnosti.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of life by siblings of children with autism spectrum disorder and it is divided to theoretical and the empirical section. In the theoretical section, the basic knowledge about autism spectrum disorder, their etiology, diagnostics, the triad of problematic areas and the state of contemporary research are summarized. It also includes the definition of the concept of quality of life, it deals with a family of the child with the disorder, it concentrates on the relationship between the siblings and on specific issues following from the diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorders. The empirical section presents the qualitative research the case study, the aim of which was to discover and describe the quality of life by the siblings of the children with autism spectrum disorder. The semi-structured interview was led with five respondents. Then the interviews were literally transcribed, analyzed and interpreted. The empirical section finds answers on the set research questions concerning the influence of the quality of life by healthy siblings in positive and negative direction, changes in functioning of the whole family, the development of the relationship of the healthy child to his sibling with ASD and his idea of the future.
