(117500 znaků). -- Ved. práce Eva Šimečková. -- Oponent Petr Podrazil. -- Abstrakt: Předmětem mé diplomové práce je Ochrana dětí a mladistvých v pracovním právu. Cílem mé práce bylo především analyzovat právní úpravu zákonem povolené činnosti dětí a zvláštních pracovních podmínek mladistvých a to z pohledu evropské země, která je členem řady mezinárodních organizací, a jejichž činnost má na obsah českého práva podstatný vliv. Má práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V úvodu práce se zabývám činností Mezinárodní organizace práce a nejvýznamnějším počinem Evropské unie v dané problematice. Hlavní částí práce je však právní úprava umělecké, kulturní, sportovní a reklamní činnosti dětí dle zákona o zaměstnanosti a jednotlivé zvláštní pracovní podmínky mladistvých zaměstnanců, které upravuje zákoník práce. Práce hodnotí úroveň české právní úpravy a navrhuje možné změny v dané oblasti. V závěru nabízí tato práce srovnání české právní úpravy ochrany dětí a mladistvých v pracovním právu s právní úpravou Německa a Švýcarska.. -- Abstrakt: The topic of my thesis is Protection of children and the adolescent in labour law. The aim of my thesis was to analyse legal regulation which affects the activities of children and special working conditions of the adolescent, from the perspective of a European country. The Czech Republic is a member of many international organisations whose activity has had a significant influence on the contents of the Czech law. The thesis is divided into several chapters. In the introduction chapter the document deals with the activities of the International Labour Organization and the European Union's most important achievements in this problematic issue. The main chapter of the document is, however about the legal regulation of the artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity of children, according to the Employment Act and the special working conditions of young employees according to the Labour Code. The work assesses the level of Czech legislation and proposes possible changes in this area. The last chapters of the thesis provide a comparison of the protection of children and the adolescent in Czech labour law with the legal regulation of Germany and Switzerland.
