Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem výběrového řízení na pozici úředníka ve státní organizaci. V teoretické části se zabývá popisem zkoumané organizace, charakteristikou výběrového řízení, náplní práce a povinnostmi úředníka, volbou kritérií výběru a v neposlední řadě pohovorem, jako nástrojem výběrového řízení. V praktické rovině jsou tyto teoretické poznatky propojeny s poznatky z konkrétního výběrového řízení na pozici úředníka za účelem popsat průběh tohoto řízení.The thesis deals with the selection process for the position of an officer in the specific state organization. The theoretical part is focused on the detailed description of the examined organization, the attributes of a selection procedure, the contents of officer work, on the choice of the selection criteria and finally, the interview as a tool of the selection process. The practical part of the thesis connects these theoretical pieces of knowledge together with findings from a particular selection procedure for the officer position.
