Diplomová práce se zabývá refrakčními operacemi prováděnými za pomoci femtosekundových laserů. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie rohovky. Možnosti rohovkové refrakční chirurgie. Kontraindikace, indikace a komplikace pro refrakční chirurgii. Je zde uvedena stručná historie refrakční chirurgie. Dále je především popsáno využití femtosekundového laseru a vliv refrakčních zákroků na aberace oka. V praktické části je rozebrán výzkum mé diplomové práce.This thesis deals with refractive surgery performed by using femtosecond lasers. The theoretical part is described anatomy and physiology of the cornea. Possibility of corneal refractive surgery. Contraindications, indications and complications of refractive surgery. It is here presented a brief history of refractive surgery. It is primarily described using the femtosecond laser and the effect of refractive procedures to aberrations of the eye. In the practical part analyzes the research of this thesis.
