Bakalářská práce se zabývá především problematikou keratoplastiky. První kapitola je věnována anatomii rohovky. V práci je popsán průběh získávání rohovkové tkáně a uchovávání rohovkové tkáně v oční tkáňové bance. Následující část popisuje indikace keratoplastiky a metody keratoplastiky. Práce obsahuje také popis předooperační a pooperační péče. Na závěr jsou popsány nejčastější pooperační komplikace.The Bachelor Thesis deals mainly with the problems of keratoplasty. The first chapter is devoted to the anatomy cornea. In the thesis is described course of acquisition corneal tissue and preservation of corneal tissue at the Eye Tissue Bank. The following section describes indications for keratoplasty and methods of keratoplasty. The thesis contains also description preoperative and postoperative care Finally are described the most common postoperative complications.
