Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na současnou problematiku zlomenin proximálního femuru a jejich řešení pomocí osteosyntéz. Práce se věnuje etiologii, klasifikaci, klinické manifestaci a diagnostice zlomenin. Srovnává chirurgickou léčbu v minulosti se současností a uvádí možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence.The bachelor thesis is focused on current issue of proximal femoral fractures and its solution with help osteosynthesis. The thesis deals with the etiology, classification, clinical manifestation and diagnosis of fractures. It compares surgical treatment in the past and present and provides the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervention.
