V teoretickej časti je vysvetlený proces internej komunikácie v podniku, formy a nástroje internej komunikácie a faktory, ktoré komunikáciu ovplyvňujú. Praktickú časť tvorí popis spoločnosti a analýza internej komunikácie v nej. Cieľom práce je zistiť úroveň fungovania komunikačných kanálov využívaných v spoločnosti a na základe šetrenia navrhnúť možné riešenia pre zlepšenie fungovania internej komunikácie.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping tools of internal communication within a company named Turismo y Comunicación de Salamanca SAU. The theoretical part explains the process of internal communication in the company, types of businesses, and their tools of in internal communication and the factors that affect communication. The practical part consists of a description of the company, and furthermore, it consists of the analysis of internal communication within it. The aim of my thesis is to determine the level of functioning of communication channels, which are used within the company, and to suggest some possible solutions to improve the functioning of internal communication, which is based on my investigation.
