Koncepce rozvoje Tanečního studia Mirabel [rukopis] / Kristína Pekárková. -- 2011. -- 119 (138 673 znaků) : il., portréty, grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Jiří Skoumal. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je definován pojem volného času a faktorů, které mají na tento fenomén vliv, jako je osobnost lektora, cílové skupiny a instituce, působící v oboru. Dále je v teoretické části objasněn pojem tance, jako jednoho odvětví možnosti trávení volného času a bližší specifikace stylu moderního scénického tance, street dance a disco dance a irského tance, jakožto odvětví, která se týkají TS Mirabel. V teoretické části je dále definováno strategické myšlení, pojem strategického managementu, marketingu a specifikace marketingu v neziskovém sektoru. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu TS Mirabel, swot analýzou TS Mirabel a dotazníkovým šetřením mezi dětmi z kurzů TS Mirabel a jejich rodiči, sledující úroveň kvality a míru spokojenosti s nabízenými službami. Výzkum byl proveden dotazníkovým šetřením mezi dětmi z kurzů TS Mirabel a jejich rodiči a interní analýzou stavu TS Mirabel v úzkém kruhu vedení (statutární zástupci a manažer organizace) TS Mirabel.. -- Abstrakt: The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is defined by the concept of free time and the factors that influence this phenomenon, such as teacher personality, target groups and institutions working in the field. Furthermore, in the theoretical part deals with the concept of dance as one sector leisure activities and more detailed specification of the style of modern dance performing, street dance and disco dance and Irish dance, as the sectors that relate to TS Mirabel. The theoretical part is further defined strategic thinking, the concept of strategic management, marketing, and marketing specifications in the nonprofit sector. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the TS Mirabel, SWOT analysis of TS Mirabel and questionnaire survey among children from courses TS Mirabel and their parents, monitoring the quality and level of satisfaction with services offered. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey among children from courses Mirabel TS and their parents and the internal analysis of state of the TS Mirabel in a narrow circle of leadership (staff representative and manager of the organization) TS Mirabel.
