Cílem této práce bude aplikovat vybrané manažerské techniky na práci vedoucí školní jídelny. Z velkého množství manažerských technik autorka vybrala techniky time managementu a delegování, které jsou v teoretické části podrobně vysvětleny. Získané teoretické poznatky jsou následně využity v praktické části, při aplikaci vybraných technik na konkrétní pracovní činnosti vedoucí ŠJ. Aplikace vybraných technik time managementu a delegování do praxe může sloužit jako metodická pomoc zejména pro začínající vedoucích ŠJ. V závěru praktické části, jsou pak zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kterým byla zjišťována znalost a případné využívání vybraných manažerských technik mezi ostatními vedoucími ŠJ.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis of the topic "Selected managerial techniques and their application" is focused on the possibility of the practical application of the managerial techniques. The aim of this thesis is to apply the selected managerial techniques on the work of the head of the school canteen. From the large amounts of managerial techniques, the author has chosen the techniques of the time management and delegating, which are explained in detail in the theoretic part. The obtained theoretic findings are subsequently used in the practical part in the process of application of the selected techniques on the specific working activity of the head of the school canteen. The practical application of the selected techniques of the time management and delegating can serve as the methodical help especially to the beginning heads of the school canteens. In the conclusion of the practical part, there are adapted and evaluated the outcomes of the questionnaire survey, by which was found out the knowledge and possible application of the selected managerial techniques by the other heads of the school canteens.
