Cílem diplomové práce je objektivizovat souvislost mezi dysfunkcí laterálního stabilizačního komplexu pánve a elektromyografickou aktivitou svalstva Th-L přechodu. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky o thorakolumbálním přechodu, musculus gluteus medius, stabilizaci pánve, svalových souhrách a thorkolumbálním syndromu. Ve výzkumné části je porovnávána elektromyografocká aktivita vybraných svalů mezi zdravými probandy a pacienty po úraze na dolní končetiny v oblasti femuru.This thesis aims to find by surface electromyoghraphy an objective link between dysfunction of the lateral pelvic stabilization complex and ?thoracolumbar transition muscles? acivity. In the theoretical section knowledge about thoracolumbar transition, musculus gluteus medius, pelvic stabilization and associated changes in the position of the spine segments, muscle synergies and thoracolumbar syndrome is mentioned. In the research section the electromyographic activity of selected muscles between 10 healthy people and 10 patients suffered from lower extremity injury of the femur is compared.
