Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu řešení konfliktů mezi personálem domova pro seniory a klientem z pohledu klienta. Teoretická část popisuje hlavní pojmy jako je konflikt, stárnutí a stáří, domov pro seniory, atd. a tyto pak charakterizuje dopodrobna z mnoha hledisek v dalších kapitolách. Empirická část je výzkumem kvalitativním, jako výzkumný nástroj jsme použili částečně strukturovaný rozhovor. Cílem byla analýza řešení konfliktů mezi personálem výzkumného zařízení a klienty z pohledu klienta. Proto byly rozhovory uskutečněny s uživateli služby.This thesis focuses on the analysis of cinflicts between staff hodme for elderly and the client form the perspective of the client. The theoretical part describes the main concepts such as conflict, aging and old age home for elderly, and these can then be characterized in detail from many perspectives in otherchapters. The empiric part is a qualitative research as a research tool, we used semi-structured interview.The aim was to analyze the the conlfict between staff and clients of the research facility from the perspective of the client. Therefore interviews were conducted with service users.
