Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vznik a vývoj terénní asistenční služby pro rodiny s dětmi, které se ocitají v nepříznivé sociální situaci a selhávají při snaze o zachování funkční rodiny. První část je věnována rodině jako základní jednotce společnosti, jsou popsány jednotlivé funkce rodiny a charakterizována dnešní rodina. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na to, jakou legislativou disponuje stát a jakou roli zaujímá při ochraně práv dítěte na zdravý vývoj. Následně je popisována sociální práce s rodinou jako prostředek směřující k obnovení narušených funkcí rodiny, návštěva v rodině, sanace rodiny a terénní sociální práce. Dále se práce zabývá terénní asistenční službou, kterou poskytuje Azylový dům pro ženy a matky s dětmi o.p.s. v Vsetíně. Mapuje vznik a vývoj této služby a šetřením je zjišťováno, jak se vyvíjely počty rodin, klientů, intervencí za dvouleté období. Také je v práci popisována struktura klientely a rodin, řešené problémy v rodinách a spolupráce terénní asistenční služby s ostatními institucemi. Na závěr jsou prezentovány zjištěné výsledky a skutečnosti.Thesis is focused on the emergence and development of off-road assistance services for families with children who find themselves in an unfavorable social situation and fail when trying to maintain a functional family. The first part is devoted to the family as the basic unit of society, the individual functions are described and characterized the family of today's family. The sekond part of the thesis is focused on what kind of legislation has become a role which takes in children's rights to healthy development. Subsequently described social work with families as a means to restore disturbed functions of the family, visit family, rehabilitation and family field social work. Furthermore, this work deals with field assistance service provided by the asylum house for women and mothers with children in Vsetíně ops. Charts the emergence and development of services and the investigation it was observed that as the number of families have evolved, clients, interventions for the two periods. Also in the work described the structure of clients and families, addressing problems in families off assistance and collaboration services with other institutions.
