Teoretická část diplomové práce si klade za cíl popsat činnost zdravotnické záchranné služby jak v minulosti, tak její organizaci, úkoly a spolupráci s ostatními složkami integrovaného záchranného systému v současné době. Dalším cílem teoretické části je popsat stáří s jeho fyzickými, psychickými a sociálními změnami a možnosti řešení nepříznivých sociálních situací, které stáří často provázejí. Empirická část zkoumá zneužívání zdravotnické záchranné služby.The theoretical part of this dissertation aims to describe the tasks and activities, as well as organization and cooperation with other sectors of the integrated health and rescue services, both in the past and in the present. Another aim of this work is the description of old age with its physical, mental and social changes, along with possibilities for solving unpleasant social situations which often accompany old age. The empirical part examines the misuse of health and rescue services.
