Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany a péče o perineum. Cílem práce bylo zjistit informovanost žen o péči o hráz během těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí se zaměřením vlivu masáží hráze, cvičení a poloh při porodu, na rozsah porodních poranění. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace týkající se anatomie a metod přípravy a péče o perineum. Praktická část je provedena formou výzkumného šetření s použitím anonymního dotazníku, který byl určen pro ženy po porodu. Výsledky dotazníku jsou interpretovány formou tabulek a grafů a dále jsou rozvedeny v diskuzi. Na základě výsledků práce byl vytvořen edukační materiál " Příprava hráze na porod ``The present bachelor thesis is focused on problems relating to perineal protection and care. The aim of the study was to find out more information about women's knowledge of perineal care during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. It was concentrated on the influence of perineal massages, trainings and a position during the delivery on the extent of labour injuries. The thesis is divided into a theoretic and practical part. The theoretic part includes information concerning anatomy and methods of the perineal preparation and care. The practical part is based on the author´s research in which an anonymous questionnaire was applied, the questionnaire was aimed at women post partum. The results are interpreted in the form of tables and graphs, and then, they are commented on and specified in discussion. The result of thesis served as a basis on which educational material "Perineal preparation to labour`` was founded.
