Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou souboru ošetřovatelských diagnóz u pacientů s esenciální hypertenzí. Teoretická část poskytuje informace o ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelské diagnostice, taxonomii NANDA - International a v medicínské části je přiblížena problematika onemocnění esenciální hypertenze. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které probíhalo v období prosinec 2007 - únor 2008 na I. Interní klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.The thesis deals with problems of group of nursing diagnosis in patiens with arterial hypertension. Theoretical part provides information about nursing, nursing diagnostics, NANDA - International taxonomy and in the medical part the problems of arterial hypertension disease are explained. In the practical part results of the research inquiry are presented, which proceeded in the term from December 2007 to February 2008 in the 1st Clinic of the Internal medicine in the University Hospital in Olomouc. The results of the research inquiry are summarized in the discussion and in the conclusion of the thesis.
