Bakalářská práce je teoretická - přehledová. Zabývá se endovaskulární léčbou femoropopliteálních tepen postižených aterosklerózou, akutní a chronickou končetinovou ischemií. V kapitolách jsou postupně popsány indikace, kontraindikace, technické provedení, možné komplikace a výsledky klinických studií metod perkutánní transluminární angioplastiky, stentování, lokální trombolýzy, perkutánní aspirační trombektomie a subintimální rekanalizace.The bachelor thesis is theoretical - summarizing. This thesis deals with endovascular threatment of femoropopliteal arteries affected by atherosclerosis, acute and chronic lower limb ischaemia. In chapters there are gradually described indications, contraindications, technical implementation, possible complications and results of the clinical studies of methods percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, stenting, local thrombolysis, percutaneous aspiration trombectomy and subintimal recanalization.
