V teoretické části jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky v oblasti cestovního ruchu a udržitelných forem cestovního ruchu, zejména venkovskému turismu. Jedna kapitola se věnuje vývoji udržitelného rozvoje a společenské odpovědnosti. V další kapitole se zabýváme volným časem v souvislosti s cestováním a udržitelným rozvojem. Cílem praktické části bylo popsat současný stav cestovního ruchu v mikroregionu Kostelecko a vztah rezidentů k potenciálním turistům. Za tímto účelem byla vytvořena situační analýza mikroregionu a s pomocí dotazníkového šetření vytvořeny návrhy na budoucí udržitelný rozvoj cestovního ruchu v mikroregionu Kostelecko.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis works with the following topics: tourism, sustainable development, leisure time. The theoretical part summarizes the most important findings in the field of tourism and sustainable forms of tourism, especially rural tourism. One chapter deals with the development of sustainable development and social responsibility. In the next chapter we deal with leisure time in connection with travel and sustainable development. The aim of the practical part was to describe the current state of tourism in the Kostelecko microregion and the relationship of residents to potential tourists. For this purpose, was created the situational analysis of the microregion and, using a questionnaire survey, recommendations were made for the future sustainable development of tourism in the Kostelecko microregion.
