Za její fungování jsou odpovědní manažeři. Cílem mé práce je popsat, jak zaměstnanci hodnotí komunikaci svého nadřízeného ve vybraných oblastech interní komunikace. V teoretické části popisuji základní pojmy vnitrofiremní komunikace. V jednotlivých kapitolách se věnuji problematice vedení porad, hodnotících pohovorů a předávání informací z leadership týmu. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, interpretaci výsledků a doporučení řešení.. -- Abstrakt: Effective internal communication can be one of the key competitive advantages of the company in the market. Managers are responsible for its functioning. The aim of my work is to describe how employees evaluate their manager´s communication in selected areas of internal communication. In the theoretical part I describe the basic concepts of internal company communication. In the individual chapters I deal with the issue of conducting meetings, evaluation interviews and transferring information from leadership team. The fifth chapter is focused on questionnaire survey, interpretation of results and recommendations of solutions.
