Diplomová práce se zabývá názory, které zaujímají pracovníci v sociálních službách k sociálnímu začleňování klientů chráněného bydlení. Práce je členěna do tří částí, přičemž v první teoretické kapitole jsou rozpracovány základní pojmy, o které se opírá výzkumná část a jsou představeny příspěvkové organizace, ve kterých byl realizován výzkum. Druhá kapitola se zabývá teoretickou částí výzkumu. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje praktickou část výzkumu, kde autorka interpretuje data a uvádí diskuzi nad výsledky výzkumu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit názory pracovníků chráněného bydlení, které zaujímají k sociálnímu začleňování klientů.The diploma thesis deals with the opinions of employees in social services about the social inclusion of protected housing clients. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first theoretical chapter elaborating the basic concepts on which the research part is based and the contribution organizations in which the research was implemented. The second chapter deals with the theoretical part of the research. The third chapter includes the practical part of the research where the author interprets the data and discusses the research results. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the opinions of the employees of protected housing who are interested in the social integration of clients.
